Let’s be honest, creating the perfect vegan chocolate cake wasn’t exactly a walk in the park. Or, well, maybe it was a walk with a few stumbles and tumbles along the way! We lovingly call it our "five-failure-fiesta" before we nailed the recipe. Oh, the stories those early cakes could tell! Some were a bit too… enthusiastic in their flatness, others could have doubled as delicious (but unintended) chocolate bricks.
