Quality Concerns:

If you receive a product that isn't up to our usual high standards of quality or freshness, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

To help us understand what went wrong and improve for the future, we kindly request that you provide details and, if possible, a photograph of the item in question.

Upon reviewing your concern, we will either offer a replacement of the product or a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue. Our goal is to ensure you get the delicious experience you expect!

Order Cancellations:

We start preparing our fresh ingredients for your order soon after it's placed to ensure maximum freshness.

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible via phone or email.

For standard orders: If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice before the agreed-upon collection/delivery time, we will generally be able to offer a full refund.

For custom or large orders: Due to the specific ingredients and significant preparation time involved, cancellations for custom or large orders may incur a charge. We will discuss this with you directly at the time of cancellation, and any refund offered will depend on the stage of preparation and ingredients already sourced. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice for such orders may not be eligible for a refund.

No-Show / Uncollected Orders:

If an order is placed for collection and is not picked up within our agreed-upon collection window, or if delivery is arranged and we are unable to complete it due to an unforeseen issue on your end (e.g., incorrect address provided, no one available to receive the order during the agreed window), we generally cannot offer a refund. This is because our products are perishable and custom-made with care.
