Q1: What is the Whispering Vegan NPO Partnership Program?

A: It's our way of giving back! Each month, 5% of our profits are donated to a registered animal welfare NPO in Gauteng, chosen by a community vote on our website.

Q2: How do NPOs register to be part of this program?

A: NPOs can register by filling out our online Google Form, linked on our NPO Partnership page. You'll need to provide details about your organisation and upload your NPO registration certificate and bank letter.

Q3: Is there a cost for NPOs to register or participate?

A: No, registration and participation in the Whispering Vegan NPO Partnership Program are completely free for all eligible NPOs.

Q4: How often can an NPO be selected for the donation?

A: All registered NPOs are eligible to be voted for each month. However, to ensure fairness and give more organisations a chance, an NPO that has received a donation within the last 6 months may be prioritised lower in selection for the vote, or may be excluded from the vote for that period at Whispering Vegan's discretion. (You may want to formalise this in T&Cs if you wish to prevent an NPO from winning too frequently).

Q5: When does the monthly voting take place?

A: The community vote runs throughout each calendar month on our website, with the voting period closing on the second-last day of the month.

Q6: How will we know if our NPO is selected for the donation?

A: The winning NPO is selected on the last day of the month. We will notify the winning NPO via email and also announce the winner on our website and social media platforms.

Q7: How is the 5% profit donation calculated?

A: The donation is calculated as 5% of Whispering Vegan's total profits for the preceding month. The amount will vary each month based on our sales and expenses.

Q8: When can the winning NPO expect to receive the donation?

A: The donation will be transferred via EFT to the winning NPO's bank account before the 7th of the following month.

Q9: What if our NPO is not based in Gauteng?

A: Currently, we are only accepting registrations from NPOs based and operating within Gauteng. We may expand our reach in the future, so please check back on this page for updates.
